Ao no kanata no Four Rythm – This time along with Prince of stride, we got Another Anime that’s based on the fictional sports called “FC or Flying Circus.” Well the name kinda sounds lame but the sports is not like that, In fact throughout the entire Anime that’s the only thing i found cool. The Anime despite having good Animation and cool sports there are lot of parts lacking but the sports covers for it entirely. The Anime has covered total 5 episodes out of 12 and we still haven’t seen something “Major” happening but the next episode we expect something good.
Ao no kanata no Four Rythm Synopsis
In an alternate universe, shoes with anti-gravity properties are invented called Grav-Shoes, which allow people to fly freely. This leads to the development of a sport known as Flying Circus, where participants race from one buoy to another, scoring points in the process. Masaya Hinata is a student at Kunahama High School, which is located in a four-island archipelago south of Japan. In the past, he was active in the sport, but quit due to a defeat. His life changes when Asuka Kurashina transfers to his school. Asuka becomes interested in Grav-Shoes and Flying Circus, and despite being unfamiliar with the sport and being a newcomer to the use of Grav-Shoes, she manages to score a point during a match with a student from another school. This leads Asuka and Masaya, together with classmates Misaki Tobisawa and Mashiro Arisaka, to form a Flying Circus team, with the goal of finding success during the Flying Circus summer tournament.

Ao no kanata no Four Rythm Review
The Anime is adapted from Game and so was Prince of stride, but the Animators could have made the story more strong if they wanted to, An airhead girl “Asuka” the lead Female character, who always wanted to fly but couldn’t. For some reason she moves to an Island called “Four-Island archipelago” there she get to know that students there go to school flying by using anti-gravity shoes also known as “Grav-shoes” which helps people to fly. Envious of them Asuka is determine to learn how to use them so she can fly, Hinata Masaya the lead Male character becomes her coach who teaches her to fly. She then joins the club of sports called Flying circus. Hinata Masaya notices that Asuka has natural talent of becoming the best in sports, so he completely focuses his attention on her so he can help her grow.

Well that’s the entire story for now in ‘My worlds’ but according to me the story has more potential than it actually shows. But since there are 7 more episodes we don’t know what we will get to see.
The first five episodes consists of :-
- Introduction – Main character Asuka meet new friends and then joins the flying circus sports club in her school.
- First match, meeting rival and then a practice match – Asuka meets her first rival which is from the strongest school and has her first mock battle with her. After that the entire club is invited for a practice match with the same school.
- Training camp – Asuka and her friends train for the upcoming flying circus summer tournament.
- First day of the official tournament – So we get to see the first tournament in the entire series but episode 5th covers the first round only.
Five Episodes are divided in the above four parts and it is pretty clear that the major thing is tournament but even before that we get a little hint of something big related to Hinata Masaya details are not given but apparently he was a legendary player of flying circus. We expect to get some bigger revelations in this case in future episode. But Hinata Masaya is pretty badass although he has not done something major but the way his attitude is and the way he carries himself gives the similar kind of feel. It is expected that he will play major part in future episodes but for there are no signs of it.
There is not much to speak on this Anime because i have mixed feelings about this Anime, I particularly can’t say that i am enjoying this Anime from the bottom of my heart or I am hating it. My opinion is in-between not too bad not too good all i can say the Anime is OK. Well i admit that the sports is cool the moves characters do in air are cool and the flying shoes are cool the Animation is good and character design is cute but lets face the fact there is no thrilling moment in the Anime expect for the only time where Askua does her special move “Air kick turn.” Also most of the moves that characters do while battling each others are predictable.
There is no romantic progress in Anime despite giving the vibes. All we see an Airhead girl who always want to fly, A cool guy who is forced to coach Airhead girl but later enjoys it. A girl who likes udon and finally a girl who like the girl who likes udon and a Male captain of the club all who think of is fighting spirit.
Background music is good especially during flying battles, Ending is awesome i liked it and Opening is not bad either.
Animation and Character design
Animation is good and even better during the flying battle, Character design is good too! Not too bright and not too dark, a perfect balance of colors and light.
Wrapping up the review
As i said can’t say that Anime is good or bad from my point of view the Anime is OK so i will recommend you guys to watch it and give your opinions on it. But still there are total 7 episodes remaining. Who knows the Anime quality might increase!
